1. Definitions

  • Client: The person or entity engaging our services.

  • Services: Any service provided by Hello Home Townsville including inspection attendance, application support, entry condition reporting, and full concierge services.

2. Engagement of Services

Services are engaged when:

  • You complete a booking form

  • You agree to our service proposal

  • You provide consent to proceed by email or payment

A contract is only formed once we confirm acceptance in writing.

3. Scope of Services

We provide assistance including, but not limited to:

  • Inspection attendance (on your behalf)

  • Rental application preparation

  • Entry condition reporting

  • Full concierge service (comprehensive end-to-end rental support)

We do not guarantee rental outcomes — final lease decisions remain with landlords and agents.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are:

  • As quoted in service confirmation

  • Payable within the timeframe specified (e.g., prior to service delivery)

If payment is not received, we may suspend or cancel services.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Provide documents required for applications

  • Not misuse any proprietary materials provided

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

  • As necessary to perform the services

  • Where required by law

  • With your consent

7. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hello Home Townsville is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • Loss of opportunity or prospective rental outcomes

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In such cases:

  • Fees for work already performed remain payable

  • Any prepaid fees for future services may be refunded at our discretion

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on our website.
